Each year, the New England Translators Association (NETA) holds the largest annual translation and interpreting conference in the region, bringing together over 200 translators, interpreters, project managers, and other language professionals. We invite you to become an exhibitor or sponsor at our upcoming conference on Saturday, April 28, 2018. The event provides an opportunity to interact face-to-face with the most active and committed T&I professionals in New England, allowing you to expand your business contacts and develop lasting professional relationships.
There are three different ways of reaching out to conference attendees in 2018.
Sponsors
If you are unable to send representatives to Boston, you can be a conference sponsor. Sponsorship entails the following:
an insert to be included in the conference folders (printed material, up to one 8.5” x 11” page, or a promotional item such as a pen, magnet, or notepad)
special mention at the opening and closing sessions of the conference
special mention on the NETA website for the next 12 months
special mention on the NETA Facebook page and conference event page on Facebook
Price: $200
Coffee Break or Reception Sponsors
This is a great option for those who cannot attend the conference but wish to be more visible to all attendees. At this level you are entitled to the following:
all the items described under the Sponsors section PLUS
space for your organization's sign to be displayed by the coffee/snacks table during breaks and reception
Price: $400
Exhibitors
The most effective way to reach your audience is to meet face-to-face at the conference. Exhibitors at the NETA Conference in 2017 will be entitled to the following:
all the items described under the Sponsors section PLUS
full conference registration for two people, including breakfast, lunch, and reception
a separate room reserved for exhibitors, where coffee breaks will also be held
a skirted 6’ x 18” table and an electrical outlet (bring your own power strip)
Price: $350 for nonprofit organizations and $450 for for-profit companies and individuals
Reservations for exhibitor tables are on a first-come, first-served basis, so register as soon as possible.
